Tonight we do oneof the "Girls"


Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 handstand push-ups

10 single-leg squats, alternating

15 pull-ups

We will spend 20 minutes going through scaling options and progressions, so EVERYONE can get a great workout from this super tough body weight test...

Just to show how super human the Athletes at the CrossFit Games are

Kari Pearce, got an unreal 23 Rounds plus 5 HSPU

Noah Ohlson, got a fantastic 22 Rounds plus 5 HSPU, 10 Pistols and 2 Pull Ups

Today at CrossFit DHM we will start off with strict gymnatics strength work.

Hollow Bodies and Superman holds will strengthen the core in order to make more complicated gymnastics easier ( eventually )

Then the WOD ( Workout of the Day ) is a medium length but very gassy one...

3 Rounds for Time

500m Row

20 Burpees

400m Run

Rest 1 Minute between rounds
